Partial Planning & Styling
Our Partial Planning service is designed for couples who have already begun their planning journey and are seeking a collaborative partner to help bring everything together. We step in to take over the remaining elements, refine what’s in place, and ensure every detail feels cohesive, considered, and beautifully executed. Thoughtfully tailored, this service allows you to stay involved in the process, while we take care of the rest — elevating, streamlining, and supporting where it matters most.
Whether assisting with sourcing key suppliers, reviewing decisions or ensuring alignment across every element, we provide a steady, experienced hand throughout the planning journey.

Styling & Design
Our Styling and Design package is for those who have their planning underway but want a beautifully curated and cohesive aesthetic that feels intentional, refined, and truly reflective of their vision.
This service focuses on the visual experience of your day— creating a thoughtfully curated look that reflects your style and enhances your overall atmosphere.
It goes beyond simply selecting décor — it is about thoughtfully designing the overall look and feel of your day. Every visual element is considered, from the colour palette and textures through to how your spaces flow and feel on the day. We work closely with you to translate your ideas into a clear design direction, ensuring that every detail aligns seamlessly and creates a memorable guest experience.

Our On Day Coordination service is a refined offering designed to bring clarity, composure and order to the final stages of your event. With a focus on seamless execution, we step in at the eight-week mark to oversee logistics and align every moving part, ensuring nothing is left to chance.
We liaise closely with your venue and selected vendors to confirm details, consolidate key information and thoughtfully curate a comprehensive run sheet that guides the flow of the day with intention. Every element is considered, allowing for a calm and well-orchestrated experience from beginning to end.
On the day, we become your event coordinators — managing timelines, overseeing set-up with a stylist’s eye, and ensuring each detail is executed as envisioned. With a steady presence behind the scenes, we allow you and your guests to remain fully immersed in the moment, confident that everything is unfolding exactly as it should.
1:1 Sessions & Content Creation
ONE ON ONE SESSIONS
A refined solution for those who require direction, clarity and a seasoned eye during their planning journey. A space to seek guidance and ask questions with an industry professional.
In a private 90-minute consultation with Amanda via Zoom, we thoughtfully work through your vision, offering industry insight and tailored recommendations to ensure your event feels both intentional and effortlessly executed.
Following the session, you may elect to receive a detailed run sheet or customised mood board for your day.
