Our Partial Planning & Styling service is designed for those who have begun the planning process but seek  support for specific aspects of their event - encompassing planning, styling and on day coordination. 

This offering is a collaborative approach allowing for a refined balance between our guidance and your involvement. Thoughtfully tailored, this offering allows you to remain hands-on, while we step in to elevate and support the remaining details.

• In depth consultation to understand your vision and the remaining elements needed 
• Curation of your remaining team of vendors; sourcing quotes, & managing communications.
• A comprehensive styling mood board and guide
• Sourcing of all remaining styling pieces to bring our vision to life.
• Creation and management of master wedding budget
• Sourcing and booking of all remaining vendors and suppliers (photographer, videographer, florist, stationary, mc, celebrant, hair, makeup, transport, entertainment, etc)
• Complete liaison and communication between the venue and all confirmed vendors, and suppliers
• Graphic design style guide for all stationary (save the dates, invitations, place cards, menus, etc.)
• Vendor Management
• Run sheet, timings and program creation
• Run sheet management on the day 
• On the day coordination and set up of styling elements and third party hire items
• On the day logistics and organisation of vendors, and guest management
• Phone calls, emails, and meetings
• 8 hours of service on the day
